Final Sales & Product Integrity
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has shipped, except as described below.
Vitl Research, LLC will issue a monetary refund to the original payment method in the event of (1) non-delivery confirmed by carrier records, (2) products arriving defective or incorrect that cannot be replaced within fourteen days, and (3) order cancellations received before shipment. All other sales remain final after shipment.
Every product is manufactured and stored under strict quality control standards. Once a product leaves our facility, it cannot be returned or reused due to safety and regulatory reasons.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, you must contact admin@vitlpeptides.com within seven (7) days of delivery. Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue.
Once verified, Vitl Research, LLC will send a replacement for the affected item(s) at no cost when possible. If a replacement cannot be provided within fourteen (14) days, a monetary refund to the original payment method will be issued as described in Final Sales & Product Integrity above.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before shipment. To request cancellation, contact admin@vitlpeptides.com immediately. Cancellations received before shipment qualify for a monetary refund to the original payment method. If the order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or refunded except as described in Final Sales & Product Integrity above.
Unauthorized Returns
No products may be returned to Vitl Research, LLC without prior written approval. Unauthorized returns will be refused and destroyed without credit.
